A little about me
Jennifer Lutris, Reiki Master
I was a yoga instructor for many years, with an adult teacher certification from Lotus Garden Yoga (April 2012) and a children's teacher certification from Little Flower Yoga (June 2012). While I respect and enjoy the movement and flow of yoga, I found that what I enjoyed most as a provider was helping people relax in savasana. Though I do not currently teach yoga, I still find I am drawn to help people relax and, through relaxation, heal.
I began my Reiki journey in 2022 and received a Reiki Master certification from Sky Wolf Reiki in May 2026. In the years since I started, I've practiced with fellow students and study partners, and I've felt first-hand and witnessed what even a short reiki session can offer. There is power in stillness; there is healing in relaxation.
I am a librarian and I live in northwest Connecticut with my husband. When I'm not offering reiki sessions, I'm likely sewing, crocheting, embroidering, or practicing visible mending or sewing machine repair.
I offer sessions because I believe rest is not a luxury. It's a starting point for almost everything else.
